I am currently working on a commercial project where we will inset leather tiles as an accent rug in an engineered wood floor in the reception area of this office. It will look fantastic! Photos to follow!

wowwwww!!!! this is shocking! I have been researching flooring options for our new home for a while now and I never saw anything as “out there” as leather!!! leather…. as flooring?!?!?! thats awesome! I am so excited about it but I have a few questions.. won’t it be hard to not let it rip or scratch? maintaining it would be hard right? also, would we have to polish it constantly to keep it shiny? what about cleaning? could you vacuum it? also wouldn’t it make the home feel hot? this is so exciting because it’s the first time i heard about this. Thanks for sharing this great tip!! 🙂
