Can living green feel luxurious? Brizo believes it can. That’s why Brizo’s products include a range of fashion-forward designs that not only offer superior form and function, they also make it easier to be environmentally responsible. Which, increasingly, may be the greatest luxury of all.
But Brizo’s commitment to green goes beyond products. In fact, there are three chapters to their green story: Water Conservation, Water Purity, and Environmentally-Friendly manufacturing processes. All of these play an equally important role in making green more than just virtuous and responsible, but rather glamorous, elegant…and yes, beautiful.
Brizo offers a wealth of products that maximize water efficiency without compromising the user experience.
Brizo is developing new technologies that further aid in water purity. Their DIAMOND™ Seal Technology uses a diamond-coated valve to keep water from coming into contact with outside contaminants. Additionally, their InnoFlex® waterways use PEX-C tubing that not only makes new designs possible, it’s completely lead-free.
The hands-free feature on the Pascal Culinary Faucet brings a new level of convenience to the kitchen. The exclusive sensor mounted in the faucet spout allows you to activate the water flow without touching the spout.
Conserve water without sacrificing your shower experience. H2Okinetic® Technology body sprays in Brizo custom shower systems control water’s shape, velocity and thermal dynamics, delivering a high-flow shower experience while using 36% less water.
Making products that are green is the right thing to do. At the same time, Brizo recognizes that the way those products are made needs to be green, too. To that end, Brizo has taken steps to ensure that its manufacturing processes have as little impact on the environment as possible.
First among such measures, they use a water-based metal cleaning method that has eliminated solvent degreasers. Additionally, in 1999 their parent company became the first domestic faucet manufacturer to be ISO 14001 (the international conformance standard for environmental management) registered.
Beyond this, they are always looking to develop new technologies — and new ways of implementing those technologies — that will enable them to reduce our environmental footprint even more.
