Cuisinart GreenGourmet

July 10, 2009 By creatingyourspace 2 Comments

From the Floors Up not only wants you to be in the know about green floors, countertops and window coverings for your home; we want you to know about all of the elements you can use to make your kitchen and home greener.

Today, more and more home cooks are going green…and Cuisinart is leading the way in eco-friendly cookware with the new GreenGourmet line. The exclusive Ceramica nonstick technology is ceramic based instead of petroleum based, helping to conserve existing oil supplies. Plus, the nonstick coating is completely free of PTFE and PFOA for healthier cooking. Riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop and are made from 70% recycled stainless steel.

Taking it one step further, you will love cooking at home in your green cookware so you will save gas by not going out to dinner! (Who knew all of this could come from cookware!?!)

The set includes:

  • 8-in. Open Skillet
  • 10-in. Deep Fry with Cover
  • 1.5-qt. Saucepan with Cover
  • 2.5-qt. Saucepan with Cover
  • 3-qt. Everyday Pan with Cover
  • 6-qt. Dutch Oven with Cover
  • Steamer Insert (fits 2.5-qt. Saucepan)
